NYS Certified School Counselor - Temporary Appointment

The West Genesee Central School District is seeking a dedicated and qualified New York State Certified School Counselor for a temporary, full-time position at West Genesee Intermediate School. This appointment is effective immediately and will continue through on or about November 25, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services to students, addressing academic, social-emotional, and career development needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid New York State School Counselor Certification.

  • Prior experience is preferred, and compensation will be commensurate with experience as per the contractual agreement.
