West Genesee CSD is currently accepting applications for a part-time Driver Messenger-District effective 7/1/26. The hours are approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes per day between the hours of 8am and noon.
This is an 11-month position: August through June with additional service hours in July.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives, sorts and delivers interoffice written communications and materials throughout the district per the detailed schedule.
2. Periodic travel to the U.S. Post Office.
3. Travels to BOCES on a scheduled basis.
4. Travels to parochial schools on an as-needed basis to pick up and deliver mail.
5. Delivers all BOE packets to Board of Education members’ homes.
New York State Driver's License
Ability to continually lift, lower and carry packages, materials, or equipment.
